One on One Beginner Yoga (Call to Book) Derived from the Sanskrit word "yuji" meaning yoke or union, yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body. Incorporating breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress, benefit from one-on-one teaching with Kaitlyn in this beginner class. A yoga mat will be provided, and it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that is slightly loose from the body. Classes are available every Wednesday at 6:15pm.
