Hi, my name is Lexi. I’ve been an LMT for about a year now. I specialize in deep tissue and trigger point work for those looking to get attention to those underlining muscles. I believe I am a helper to people who come to see me. I can help you and guide you into an easier and more sustainable life with less to no consistent aches or pains. I also have love of the peripheral nervous system and people who come in with impingements or radiating pain that need the help with it. I am also always looking to learn something new, whether from other coworkers or experiencing it myself; and as my education is never ending it’s an amazing opportunity.

I hold a license in massage therapy from Cortiva Institute and am certified in various modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, and table Thai massage.
