The Just the Two of Us couples massage starts with a relaxing peppermint scalp massage using our therapeutic grade essential oil. 60 or 90 minutes creates the perfect session by doing a full body massage or choosing the areas you want specific attention to. Our Yonka lavender foot scrub is added to exfoliate your feet leaving them feeling smooth and rejuvenated.

Pro Tips
  • For optimal recovery & results it is suggested 3-4 times a week.
  • Pre-workout: Using Normatec at medium intensity prior to a workout increases circulation, reduces muscle stiffness, & enhances muscle performance.
  • Post-workout: Medium-High intensity Normatec treatment after a workout increases circulation, reduces blood lactate levels & decreases muscle fatigue for a faster recovery.
  • Rehab/recovery: In order to reduce swelling, decrease pain & alleviate muscle stiffness, 20-60 minutes of Normatec at Medium/High intensity can greatly accelerate soft tissue healing.

 Relax in our luxury suite while sitting in a chaise lounge chair. Our Front Desk staff will have you change into a plush robe for your ultimate comfort. We will provide you with a warm neck wrap and warm foot booties while you are lounging and accompany this experience with a glass of champagne or herbal tea of your choosing.
