Pre-Natal Reiki
Prenatal Reiki supports women through the ongoing physical, emotional and spiritual changes of
pregnancy. It can help prepare the body, energetically, for childbirth.  Many moms to be report feeling
more centered, rested and grounded after a treatment.  This gentle, healing energy can therefore be of
great benefit to both the mother and her developing baby.  Reiki can safely be used at any stage of
pregnancy.
Reiki during early pregnancy can relieve many common discomforts such as exhaustion and nausea. Safe
and gentle, Reiki will support the mother's body as she grows and changes, and can give relief to lower
back pain, tension in the neck and shoulders and insomnia.  The common ‘fog’ of pregnancy is often
lifted after a Reiki treatment.  Relieved of some of the physical and emotional discomforts of pregnancy,
the expectant mother will sleep more soundly and will feel more relaxed and connected with her baby.

Grief Energy Healing
Receiving Reiki when we are grieving helps us to take better care of ourselves physically, spiritually and
emotionally. Being physically balanced and more relaxed when we are grieving helps us to find a sense
of calm. It can help us to think more clearly and sleep better. Reiki can’t take away the sadness
associated with grief, but it does make it physically easier for us to deal with griefs ups and downs.
Having a sense of calm and balance helps to give us the courage and stamina we need to tackle our
journey through grief.

Couples Reiki
Reiki for couples is a powerful way to reconnect and deepen your relationship.  It is a relaxing time spent facilitating harmony and communication between partners.  Reiki allows emotional blockages to rise to the surface, where they can be acknowledged and cleared. The experience allows partners to communicate beyond space and time, and sessions often allow for a clarity that wasn't there before. This session facilitates emotional healing and deepened connection while inviting a state of calmness and centeredness.

Post-Partum Reiki
For new mothers, a Postpartum Reiki session offers a safe and supportive space to re-orientate with yourself and your body after the birth of your baby. Reiki’s gentle energy helps to stimulate the body’s own natural healing processes, bringing it back into
balance. It can help to reduce stress and promote sleep.
These sessions can also be used to ease postpartum depression/anxiety and can be helpful for mothers working through breastfeeding difficulties. It helps ease stress and promote confidence in your ability to nurture your baby and yourself.

Trauma Response Energy Healing
Trauma is often associated as only occurring in the mind, but it is also a body issue. Our bodies store these memories, and our minds learn to rely on defense mechanisms that may have served us at one time, but now hold us back.  During this session, we seek to release these things with love and create space for healing and a clearer path forward.  When the body calms down, the mental and emotional aspects of healing will be brought into consciousness.

Reiki- What To Expect?!

Immediately following a Reiki session, you should take time to enjoy your deep state of relaxation before slowly coming back into full awareness. We recommend giving yourself 15 minutes after your
session to be fully awake before driving.
Many Reiki clients go so deep into relaxation that they "forget" or "leave" the present state. 
You may experience:
• Slight disorientation (floaty feeling) when returning to the present moment.  Take a few minutes to collect yourself before getting off the table.
* If you experience disorientation or dizziness after sitting up for a few minutes, let your practitioner know and they can perform a grounding exercise to anchor your spirit in the "here and now".

After a Reiki session, it is advisable to go home and relax to ensure the maximum benefit from the treatment. The Reiki will continue to work in your body for the next 24-48 hours.  As it re-balances your energy you may feel:
  • Frequent urination and/or bowel movements.
  • Feeling emotional, emotional release, or emotional shifts.
  • Crying for no reason.
  • Feeling on top of the world or buzzing with energy.
  • Fatigue, feeling overtired, needing to sleep or rest.
  • Tingling sensations.
  • Traveling aches and pains throughout body.
  • Headaches, dizziness, or nausea.

The symptoms listed above are all positive signs that your body is bringing itself back
into balance. If you experience any symptoms for an extended period of time, please contact your practitioner. Reiki detox symptoms are
minor and temporary in nature. 
For all service(s) $250 or more, we require 50% deposit 48 hours prior to your appointment(s). All experience packages, including couples massages have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
