Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of our 24-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations and changes made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made after the 24-hour point will be subject to a charge of the full rate of service. No-show appointments will be handled as late cancellation appointments and the account will be charged for 100% of the service. We require a credit card on file for all appointments to secure your allotted time with the service professional this includes appointments utilizing gift cards. Same-day bookings require a full deposit. The full deposit will be forfeited if you do not attend the scheduled session. Any dual service booked(more than one appointment and/or an experience package)TMW requires a 50% deposit. If the service(s) are canceled with less than 72 hours' notice of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. If Service is canceled with at least 72 hours' notice Deposit WILL NOT be refunded but can be used as a credit on a future service. Services booked same day require a full deposit and no refunds will be given. All Online Bookings Require a 50% deposit, if service totals less than $250 and is canceled 24 hours in advance- the deposit can be refunded. If Service is cancelled 24 hours or less deposit will be forfeited and an additional 50% will be charged. All gift certificates and products are nonrefundable and considered final sales. Gift Certificates have a 12-month expiration date from the date of purchase and are not transferable or refundable. Failure to cancel within 24 hours notice with a gift certificate will result in a forfeit of the balance of the gift card and any other charges will apply to the credit card on file. Additionally, if you are late for an appointment, we will be unable to run into the next client’s session and that time is therefore forfeited. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling us directly at 203-826-3355. Exceptions: Inclement Weather Policy: Should inclement weather such as a hurricane, tropical storm, or snowstorm threaten our area, TMW will make a decision based on the safety of our clients and staff if we remain open. If you feel uncomfortable traveling as inclement weather approaches the area, please give TMW 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. If TMW determines the weather conditions or local guidance does not permit us to open we will cancel all appointments with no charge of service. We will do our best due diligence to rebook clients within 7 days, subject to the service provider's availability.
