Please Join us before or after your session for a customized Complimentary TMW Experience available 30 minutes before or after your treatment. You will be welcomed into our luxury suite with a luxurious robe, soft slippers, your choice of tea or a glass of champagne, heated booties and a soothing warm lavender neck wrap. All of your amenities will be prepared for you upon your arrival.

At Therapeutic Massage & Wellness (TMW), we believe in the power of kindness and the positive ripple effect it can have on our community. That’s why we’ve launched our **"Pay It Forward" Kindness Awareness Program to spread kindness and give back.
How It Works: Nominate someone you know who could use a little extra care and love! Simply submit their name, phone number, and share a reason or story explaining why you believe they deserve to be nominated for a complimentary service. Each month, we select a deserving individual and offer them a special treatment as our way of paying kindness forward. What We Offer:** Each month, we will choose a different person and a different service to share the gift of relaxation, healing, and wellness.

Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of our cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you provide us with the appropriate allotted time for any schedule changes or cancellations. Text messages and emails are not a reliable way to make, change or cancel any appointments and therefore not honored. Please communicate with the spa during business hours to avoid cancellation charges.
For any appointments totally under $250 we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes or cancellations. Cancellations and changes made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made after the 24-hour point will be subject to a charge of the full rate of service.
Any appointment totaling $250 or more (including dual service and couples’ massages) TMW requires 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or changes and a 50% deposit to be taken at the time of booking. If the service(s) are canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice of the appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. If service is canceled with at least 48 hours' notice deposit will be refunded.
Services totally $500 or more or parities including 3 or more people require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. These appointments are also subject to a 72-hour notice. Any appointments that do not meet the cancellation policy will forfeit any deposit and be charged the full rate of service.
Services booked same day require a full deposit and no refunds will be given. All online bookings require a 50% deposit, and the appropriate cancellation policy and notice will apply. No-show appointments will be handled as late cancellation appointments and the account will be charged for 100% of the service.
We require a credit card on file for all appointments to secure your allotted time with the service professional this includes appointments utilizing gift cards.
All gift certificates, gift cards, series, promotions, specials and products are nonrefundable and considered final sales. Gift Certificates have a 12-month expiration date from the date of purchase and are not transferable or refundable. Failure to cancel within the allotted time with a gift certificate will result in a forfeit of the balance of the gift card and any other charges will apply to the credit card on file. Additionally, if you are late for an appointment, we will be unable to run into the next client’s session and that time is therefore forfeited.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice to the spa 24-72 hours before your appointment based on services scheduled.
