EXPERIENCE CONTRAST THERAPY WITH OUR Traditional SAUNA & COLD PLUNGE
CONTRAST THERAPY
Contrast therapy is a popular wellness practice that involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures to promote various health benefits. One common method of contrast therapy is using a sauna and a cold plunge. You will have 40 minutes to create your ideal FIRE & ICE combo. Our fire and ice session is in one room and has a 3 person traditional sauna that gets up to 200 degrees. Our Renu Cold plunge tank is a one person tub that is set to about 40 degrees.
We have coaches that can come into the room and help coach you through your session. This coach has 10 minutes to personally work with you by helping you with your breathing, setting your intentions and empowering you to find calmness in uncomfortable situations.

Pro Tips
We recommend contrast therapy after a workout to help prevent post-workout soreness and inflammation.
Contrast Therapy can be performed daily. Evidence suggests more regular and frequent use of contrast therapy produces greater long-term benefits.
We recommend 2-4x a week.
When setting time goals, first think about how much stress you are carrying with you. When your nervous system is already in a parasympathetic Nervous system OR you feel stressed, we recommend doing a shorter time in the plunge to not ramp up the stressors you already have.
