Spa Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly ask all guests to use quiet voices while inside the spa.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete a health intake form and discuss your goals with your therapist.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client.

We recommend leaving valuables at home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:


At TMW, we value both our clients’ time and our team’s dedication to creating exceptional experiences. Our cancellation policy is shared through multiple channels; confirmation emails, texts, calls and our website to ensure clarity and ease. When an appointment is reserved, that time is exclusively held for you, and our service professionals cannot accommodate another client in that window. To honor their time and allow other clients the opportunity to book, we maintain a clear cancellation policy. We appreciate you understand as this ensures a smooth experience for both our guests and our team.

All appointments and services totaling under $250:
  • 24 hours’ notice for reschedules, changes or cancellations.
  • All changes and cancellations must be made via phone call.
  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour point will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service charge.

All appointments and services totaling OVER $250-$500
(including dual services, couples’ massages, & appointments with Jenna Dallinga):
  • 50% deposit taken at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made after the 48-hour point will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service charge. (ALSO KNOWN AS 50% DEPOSIT TAKEN AT TIME OF BOOKING)
  • 48 hours’ notice for reschedules, changes or cancellations.
  • All changes and cancellations must be made via phone call if online cancellation is unavailable.
  • Any appointments that do not meet the cancellation policy will forfeit any deposit.

All appointments and services totaling $500 or more (includes all parties):
  • 50% deposit taken at time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Remaining balance taken 7 days prior to appointments/parities/events.
  • Any services, appointments or parities scheduled less than 7 days prior require full non-refundable payment at the time of booking.
  • All changes and cancellations must be made via phone call.
  • See details/verbiage below as needed.

No show appointments:
  • Charged for 100% of the service booked.
  • All appropriate cancellation policies and notice will apply.
  • Ensure no-show email/text has been sent. (See below)

Same day booking appointments:
  • Full deposit required at time of booking. (100%)
  • All appropriate cancellation policies and notice will apply.

Monthly Membership Appointments:
(Credits: Massage, Facial, Essential, Wellness, Float, Fire & Ice, Infrared Sauna)
  • 24 hours’ notice for reschedules, changes or cancellations.
  • All changes and cancellations must be made via phone call.
  • A credit will be taken for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
  • Members receive an annual one-time courtesy reschedule to be used with the same service provider within the same billing cycle.

Unlimited Recovery/Unlimited Red Light Membership Appointments:
  • 24 hours’ notice for reschedules, changes or cancellations.
  • All changes and cancellations must be made via phone call.
  • Members receive an annual one-time courtesy reschedule to be used with the same service provider within the same billing cycle.
  • When policy is not met and one-time courtesy reschedule is already used: $20.00 fee for each occurrence will apply.
