Somatic Breathwork Classes
One-on-One Somatic Breathwork with Michelle is a guided experience that helps you reconnect with your body, release stored stress, and regulate your nervous system. Each session includes a more active breathing phase to help clear tension and emotional buildup, followed by slower, gentler breathing to bring the body back into a grounded, balanced state.
This is a safe space to breathe, feel, and reset — no experience needed, just a willingness to show up for yourself.
Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
